Abstract. This paper expounds the way to play the main role of the students in class management: Adopting various kinds of encouragement means; Use the examples to stimulate the students to study and behave well. Pay attention to participation motivation; reward incentive and criticism. Point out methods and reasons to play the leading role of the class cadre.

1. Introduction
The class teacher is the organizer, educators and mentors of the class. The role of the class teacher is very important for the students; he can determine the success or failure of the class. An excellent class teacher will use all kinds of ways to lead and organize the class, so as to improve the students' quality. The class teacher should fully trust the students, fully play the main role of the students, he should not do everything by himself for the students, because it would strengthen their dependence. The head teacher should pay attention to the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability, organization ability, and the ability to communicate with others, so as to play the main role of the students. Make the students not only learn the knowledge but also improve the ability which they can adopt to the society easily.
