新疆油田公司七东1区聚合物驱投产实验后,随着聚合物驱采油井见效和产出液含聚浓度的升高,抽油杆柱偏磨断脱日趋严重。针对这一难题,本文章通过管杆柱受力分析、杆柱优化调整以及防治措施研究,形成适用于聚驱采油井杆管防断脱配套技术,延长检泵周期,为新疆油田30万吨聚合物驱重大试验项目提供技术支持。
