通过蕹菜主要性状在植株上的分布和相关分析,研究了7 种遗传性状和种子产量的关系,结果表明:蒴果数、种粒数与种子产量呈极显著正相关.经微机多因素分析,蔓长、蒴果数、种粒数对产量的累计贡献为90 .21% ,有效侧蔓数是蒴果数的决定因素,与产量呈正相关,且变异系数大(CV=16 .8 % ),因此,增加有效侧蔓数可作为蕹菜高产留种栽培技术的主攻方向.
Through the distribution and correlation analysis of the main characters of the subsoil in Brasenia schreberi plant, the relationship between the seven genetic traits and the seed yield was studied. The results showed that there were extremely significant positive correlations between the number of germplasm and the seed yield. By computer multivariate analysis, vine length, number of capsules, seed number on the cumulative contribution of 90. 21%, the effective side of the vine number is the determining factor of the number of capsules, and the yield was positively correlated, and the coefficient of variation (CV = 16 .8%), therefore, increase the effective side of the vine number direction.
