对野外自然与室内人工感染钉螺的尾蚴分别感染小鼠的成虫发育率和产卵量进行了观察。结果表明 ,两种感染性钉螺的尾蚴感染小鼠后 ,其体内成虫发育率、粪卵EPG、肝卵EPG和粪便毛蚴孵出量的差异均无显著性意义
The developmental rate of adults and the number of eggs laid in the females infected by the cercariae of natural and indoor artificially infected Oncomelania snails were observed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in adult development, EPG, EPG and hatching of M. exigua in mice infected with two infective snails
