医事法学在我国尚处于发展阶段。医事法学专业设置和名称不一,加上复合型师资缺乏、教学案例与法律实务脱节、教学方法、内容滞后等严重制约了医事法学人才培养和专业发展。同时,移动终端设备的普及将现代化的教育模式推到了时代改革发展的前沿。当前,教育界、医疗界及企业界已经开始尝试云计算技术在信息化建设中的应用,云计算的引入将成为当前数字化医院和数字化教育的一个重大机遇。本文旨在借鉴教育云、医院云等云平台建设经验的基础上,设想建立一个基于云计算的医师法学人才协同培养平台,以突破时间、空间和地域的教、学限制,拓宽医事法学教学平台,实现开放、共享、泛在的教学和实践,实现医事法学复合型人才培养目标。 Medical law in our country is still in the development stage.
