民国时期,中学教师的训育活动经历了由消极管理向积极指导的转变,训育制度亦逐步得以完善,形成了一个较为完整的训育体系。但在实际的履行中,由于主管官员的频繁变动和聘任制的施行以及教学任务繁重,加上部分教师缺乏责任心,导致训育效果较差。 During the period of the Republic of China, the training activities for secondary school teachers experienced a change from passive management to positive guidance, and the system of training and education was also gradually improved to form a relatively complete system of training and education.
