民国时期,中学教师的训育活动经历了由消极管理向积极指导的转变,训育制度亦逐步得以完善,形成了一个较为完整的训育体系。但在实际的履行中,由于主管官员的频繁变动和聘任制的施行以及教学任务繁重,加上部分教师缺乏责任心,导致训育效果较差。
During the period of the Republic of China, the training activities for secondary school teachers experienced a change from passive management to positive guidance, and the system of training and education was also gradually improved to form a relatively complete system of training and education. However, in the actual performance, due to the frequent changes of the chief officials and the implementation of the appointment system, as well as the heavy teaching load, coupled with the lack of sense of responsibility among some teachers, the training effect is relatively poor.
