由瑞典Fagersta研制的四种新型的不锈钢在氯化物溶液中,具有较AISI316和316L更好的抗应力腐蚀开裂和点蚀或缝隙腐蚀的能力。在强还原性酸溶液中,具有更好的抗均匀腐蚀能力, 新型的铁素体钢R249,可焊性好。具有与AISI316L相同的抗点蚀和缝隙腐蚀能力,即使在MgCl_2溶液中也具有很好的抗应力腐蚀开裂的能力。低锰奥氏体钢R442和R462具有很好的抗点蚀和缝隙腐蚀能力。含铜量1.5%的耐酸奥氏体钢R840,在酸溶液(包括硫酸、磷酸)中,具有良好的抗均匀腐蚀性能,同时具有高的抗应力腐蚀开裂、点蚀以及缝隙腐蚀能力。
Four new types of stainless steel, developed by Fagersta, Sweden, have better resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting or crevice corrosion than the AISI 316 and 316L in chloride solutions. Strong reductive acid solution, with better resistance to uniform corrosion, the new ferritic steel R249, good solderability. It has the same resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion as AISI 316L, and has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking even in MgCl 2 solution. Low manganese austenitic steel R442 and R462 have good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Acid-resistant austenitic steel R840 with a copper content of 1.5% has good resistance to uniform corrosion in acid solutions (including sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid) and high resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion.
