为延长甜高粱茎秆的贮藏期并确定最长存放时间,以新高粱4号茎秆收割后采用带叶平放堆放、带叶立放堆放、去叶平放堆放、去叶立放堆放和短秆层级堆放等不同储存方式进行储藏试验,并研究了秸秆贮存过程中的质量、糖分含量、霉变和温度等因素的变化规律。结果表明,甜高粱茎秆在贮存过程中出现发霉现象,发霉程度随贮藏期的延长而加重。除了带叶平放和层级堆放外,其他贮存方式的茎秆在贮藏2个月后才出现霉变。秸秆质量在储藏初期前20d快速减少,以后为缓慢降低又快速减少的过程,并在秸秆内部出现空腔。茎秆糖分含量随着水分损失而提高,去叶平放堆放、去叶立放堆放失质量最快。贮存至213d后,去叶立放堆放和带叶立放堆放糖度累计分达到最高,分别为5.28°Bx,4.77°Bx。根据各储藏方式对于秸秆形状变化可以确定,短秆层级堆放和带叶平放堆放最合理存放时间为1个月,去叶平放堆放、去叶立放堆放和带叶立放堆放储存时间可以延长为5个月左右。
