目的 :建立测定康丽烧伤膏中盐酸小檗碱含量的HPLC测定法。方法 :色谱柱HypersilC18(5 μm ,3.9mm× 15 0mm) ,柱温 31℃ ;流动相 :乙腈 0 .0 5mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾 二甲胺 (40∶6 0∶0 .2 ) ,流速 :1.1ml·min-1;检测波长 :34 6nm。结果 :小檗碱保留时间为 7.6 18min ,平均回收率为 98.6 % ,日内、日间RSD分别为 1.6 % ,2 .1%。结论 :建立的HPLC法测定康丽烧伤膏中小檗碱的含量 ,操作简便 ,结果准确
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Kangli burns cream. METHODS: The chromatographic column was Hypersil C18 (5 μm, 3.9 mm × 150 mm) with a column temperature of 31 ° C. The mobile phase was acetonitrile 0,05 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate dimethylamine (40: 6 0: 0.2) , Flow rate: 1.1ml · min-1; detection wavelength: 34 6nm. Results: The retention time of berberine was 7.6-18min, the average recovery was 98.6%. The intra-day and inter-day RSD were 1.6% and 2.1% respectively. Conclusion: The HPLC method was established for the determination of berberine in Kangli burns cream with simple and convenient operation and accurate results
