在新媒体时代,企业的生存环境发生了巨大的改变,企业的信息传递不再受时间与空间的限制。新媒体的应用使得员工的工作方式也发生了改变,员工参与管理与新媒体技术的结合,是探索出新的管理模式。文章通过对新媒体时代下员工参与管理的相关内容的论述以及对现代企业中员工参与管理的现状的描述,提出了几点启示。
In the new media era, the living environment of enterprises has undergone tremendous changes. The information transmission of enterprises is no longer limited by time and space. The application of new media has also changed the working methods of employees. The combination of staff participation in management and new media technologies has explored a new management mode. The article gives some enlightenment through the exposition of the related content of employee participation and management in the new media era and the description of the current situation of staff participation and management in modern enterprises.
