积极情绪与职业认同之间存在相辅相成的关系。消极思维模式导致职业角色认知偏差;消极情绪导致消极的职业情感;消极行为模式导致专业行为退缩。积极情绪增强教师职业幸福感;积极的性格品质增进教师职业能力的发展;积极情绪促进老师自我效能感的发展。高职学院可以通过积极心理学培训,提高教师的情绪管理,促进教师积极情绪的发展,提高教育管理效率,创建一个属于全体师生的幸福校园。
There is complementary relationship between positive emotions and professional identity. Negative patterns of thinking lead to cognitive bias in professional roles; Negative sentiments lead to negative occupational sentiments; Negative behavioral patterns lead to retreat in professional conduct. Positive emotions enhance teachers’ professional well-being; positive character enhances the development of teachers’ professional ability; and positive emotions promote the development of teachers’ self-efficacy. Higher vocational colleges can improve the emotional management of teachers, promote the development of teachers’ positive emotions, improve the efficiency of educational management and create a happy campus that belongs to all teachers and students through positive psychology training.
