公共教育资源空间公平性测度评析

针对目前仅从供给和需求等宏观尺度分析公共教育资源的公平性,难以有效促进公共教育资源公平发展的问题,该文提出了公共教育资源在空间公平性方面的测度评析方法。利用缓冲区分析、首位度分析、受益归宿分析法和信息熵等分析模型,对北京市公共教育资源空间分布的公平性进行了定量测度。研究发现:北京市公共教育资源在空间分布上差异显著,聚集现象明显,公共教育支出受益区域呈现出圈层分布的空间特征。提出的公共教育资源空间公平性测度方法从不同空间维度进行定量测度,可以有效地发现教育资源空间分布的差异及特征,还可准确地找到教育发
