研究了钼粉氢还原生产过程中的还原方式、混料方式、保存方式对钼粉粒度及氧含量的影响。结果表明,通过对MoO3进行合理的三段还原,能在较低的温度下,有效降低钼粉氧含量,并控制钼粉的粒度。随着钼粉粒度的变小,钼粉中氧含量容易受环境温度的影响而急剧增加。通过真空混料、抽真空保存等方式,能有效减缓钼粉合批、保存过程中氧含量的增加。
The effects of reduction mode, mixing mode and preservation mode on the particle size and oxygen content of molybdenum powder were studied. The results show that the reasonable reduction of MoO3 can reduce the oxygen content of molybdenum powder and control the particle size of molybdenum powder at lower temperature. As the particle size of the molybdenum powder becomes smaller, the oxygen content in the molybdenum powder is rapidly increased due to the influence of the ambient temperature. By vacuum mixing, vacuum preservation, etc., can effectively reduce molybdenum powder batch, the oxygen content during storage increases.
