本文用正交试验确定了Cu、Mo合金球铁中Cu、Mo的加入量及正火温度,然后进行了二次孕育试验。结果表明,适当选择化学成份及正火工艺,采用二次孕育,使车用6110曲轴本体法兰端(φ130)可达到QT80—3的要求
In this paper, the orthogonal experiment was used to determine the addition amount of Cu and Mo and the normalizing temperature in ductile iron of Cu and Mo alloy, and then the second inoculation test was carried out. The results show that the proper selection of chemical composition and normalizing process, the use of secondary birth, the car 6110 crankshaft body flange end (φ130) QT80-3 requirements can be reached
