企业内宣工作是企业内部声音的表达,是企业上下联系沟通的桥梁及纽带,有着营造良好舆论氛围,发挥正确舆论导向的作用。经济人假设强调人的行为动机源于经济诱因,人都要争取最大的经济利益。本文运用经济人假设的角度对企业内宣行为进行了分析和探讨,希望可以为企业内宣工作提供一些有益的借鉴。
Enterprise internal propaganda work is the expression of internal voice, is a bridge and link up and down business communication, has created a good atmosphere of public opinion, play the role of correct direction of public opinion. The hypothesis of economic man emphasizes that the motivation of human beings derives from economic incentives, and everyone must strive for the greatest economic benefits. In this paper, we use the hypothesis of economic man to conduct an analysis and discussion on the internal publicity of enterprises, hoping to provide some useful references for the business of publicizing inside enterprises.
