金属衬套经压配后,其内孔的收缩量ε,通常是采用公式:ε=(d-D~2-d_1~2+d~2)(1/2)[mm]进行计算(见图1)。式中(d-D~2-d_1~2+d~2)(1/2)=d_k,d_k为衬套经压配后的内径[mm];D为轮毂实际内径[mm];d_1为衬套实际外径[mm];d为衬套实际内径[mm]。此公式涉及方根值,使用较为繁复。现推荐一种简便的计算公式:ε=δ·D/d[mm]式中:δ=d_1-D[mm];D又称轮毂公称尺寸[mm];d也称衬套公称尺寸[mm]。此公式运算简单,便于记忆,颇为实用。(1)公式推导:设压配前过盈量的环形截面积S_1
