在当今社会科学技术迅速发展的时代,社会对人才培养的方方面面提出了更高的要求。为使学生适应未来社会发展的需要及要求,必须重视学生非智力心理素质的培养。在体育教学中,学生的心理活动是智力素质与非智力素质共同作用的过程。学生的非智力心理素质,是指那些不直接参与认识过程,但对认识过程又起着积极的、始动的、定向的、引导的、维持的、强化的和迁移作用的心理因素,也就是说智能以外的心理因素。
