骨髓间充质干细胞具有来源广泛、易采取、易移植和低免疫原性等特性,通过移植间充质干细胞可望修复或替 代由于脑血管疾病而受损的神经细胞或重要环路。本文综述近年来各国对骨髓间充质干细胞的生物学特性及其可塑性研 究,提示其在体外能够定向分化为神经细胞,在脑内能够成活并增殖分化迁移。这无疑将成为脑血管疾病治疗方法的重要 进展。
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have the characteristics of a wide range of sources, easy to take, easy to transplant and low immunogenicity, and the transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells is expected to repair or replace nerve cells or important loops damaged by cerebrovascular diseases. This review summarizes the biological characteristics and plasticity of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells in various countries in recent years, suggesting that they can differentiate into nerve cells in vitro and survive in the brain and proliferate and migrate. This will undoubtedly become an important advancement in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
