目的 :探明正常牙合与安氏 类 1分类 (安氏 II1 )错牙合两种不同牙合型时各牙根尖在 ICP时的受力情况 ,以期揭示咬合类型对咬合力传导的影响规律。方法 :采用透明环氧树脂复制以相同牙排列而成的正常牙合及安氏 II1咬合的下颌模型 ,2 .0 kg垂直加载后 ,在国产 40 9- II型投影式光弹仪上观察测量各牙根尖主应力的大小与方向。结果 :正常牙合各牙根尖主应力方向基本均偏向远中舌侧 ,安氏 类牙合则更偏向远中颊侧。安氏 II1牙合下颌各牙根尖主应力值均略大于正常牙合 ,且最高应力值由第一磨牙近中根尖处移至最后一个磨牙根尖处。结论 :源于牙长轴方向以及牙尖斜面引导方式改变的咬合类型的变化 ,对下颌牙根尖主应力大小及方向具有重要影响
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the force of each tooth root tip at ICP at the time of normal occlusion and Class 1 malocclusion (Angle II1) malocclusion in order to reveal the influence of occlusion type on the occlusal conduction . Methods: The normal occlusal and Angle II1 occlusal mandibular model with the same teeth were duplicated with transparent epoxy resin. After 2.0 kg vertical loading, the mandibular model was observed on a domestic 40 9-II projection projectile The main stress of each tooth root size and direction. Results: The main stress direction of apical root tip of normal occlusal tend to be far from the mid-lingual side, while the Angle's occlusal is more distal to the mid-buccal side. The main stress values of each root tip of Angle II1 occlusion were slightly larger than those of normal occlusion, and the maximum stress was moved from the apical meristem to the apical root of the molars. CONCLUSIONS: The changes of occlusal type originating from the long axis of the tooth and the change of the cusp guiding pattern have an important effect on the size and direction of the main stress
