鼻息肉的确切病因和发病机制迄今尚无定论。虽然对鼻息肉血流的生理学研究资料不是很多,但对于揭示鼻息肉的成因还是有所启示的。目前一般用~(133)Xe冲洗法确定鼻息肉的血流情况。~(133)Xe的消失主要取决于鼻腔粘膜的血流。但有小部分的~(133)Xe(约5%)透过粘膜逸出鼻腔气体中而消失,这是构成血流量测量误差的根源(Bende et al,1983)。在测定鼻息肉血流量时,此误差会更明显,因鼻息肉相对于鼻腔粘膜同空气接触的面积更大。本文用Bende氏法研究了7例鼻息肉患者手术前后息肉的局部血流。患者年
The exact etiology and pathogenesis of nasal polyps have not yet been determined. Although the physiology of nasal polyp blood flow is not a lot of information, but revealing the cause of nasal polyps or enlightenment. The current general use of ~ (133) Xe rinse method to determine the nasal polyp blood flow. ~ (133) The disappearance of Xe mainly depends on the nasal mucosal blood flow. However, a small fraction of ~ (133) Xe (about 5%) disappears through the mucous membrane as it exits the nasal cavity gas and is a source of errors in measurement of blood flow (Bende et al., 1983).
