中国消费水平正在日益提升,人们对待饮食的态度也由原先的充饥型变渐渐变为休闲享受型,与此同时人们对餐饮内部环境的要求也越来越高。消费者就餐渐渐的从满足生理需求的状态变为一种追求身心上的愉悦和精神上的享受的状态。目前“人性化”设计是一种时代趋势,基于此,以人的需求为出发点设计餐饮空间是势在必行的。本文围绕马斯洛层次需求理论,展示餐饮空间的人性化设计。
The level of consumption in China is increasing day by day. People’s attitudes toward eating habits have gradually changed from the original hunger pattern to leisure and enjoyment. At the same time, people’s requirements for the internal environment of catering services are also getting higher and higher. Gradual changes in eating habits from the state to meet the physical needs of a pursuit of physical and mental pleasure and spiritual enjoyment of the state. At present, “humane” design is a trend of the times. Based on this, it is imperative to design a catering space based on human needs. This article focuses on the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory to demonstrate the humanistic design of dining space.
