根据相关数据统计,我国的铁矿石资源条件十分的丰富,其中总储存量有700多亿吨,这就很好的满足了当前我国社会经济发展的相关要求。但是从实际情况来看,虽然我国的铁矿石资源很丰富,但是由于其分布不均匀,其中存在着许多贫矿,这就对矿产行业的发展有着严重的影响。为此,我们在对赤铁矿选矿的过程中,就要对其进行充分的提供,从而使得矿石的金属回收率得到进一步的提高。本文主要对尾矿性质进行分析,讨论了赤铁矿选矿工艺流程和尾矿品位的影响因素,提出了相关的技术措施,以供参考。
According to relevant statistics, China’s iron ore resources are very rich in conditions, of which total reserves of more than 700 billion tons, which well meet the current social and economic development in our country the relevant requirements. However, from a practical point of view, although China’s iron ore resources are very rich, due to its uneven distribution, there are many lean mines, which have a serious impact on the development of the mineral industry. To this end, we are in the process of beneficiation of hematite, it should be fully provided, so that the ore metal recovery rate has been further improved. This paper analyzes the nature of the tailings, discussed the beneficiation process of hematite and the influencing factors of tailings grade, and put forward the relevant technical measures for reference.
