随着我国经济发展速度的不断提升,我国的经济体制发生了很大的转变,市场经济体制下各项土地建设的需求增大,耕地面积的迅速减少导致土地的供需矛盾逐渐的变大。同时在城乡规划方面因为土地规划的不合理影响了城乡发展,很多商业用地和住宅用地之间相互影响,导致城乡发展的总体格局被破坏。所以,为了实现城乡建设的顺利发展,应该从城乡规划和土地规划两个方面出法统筹发展。
With the continuous improvement of the economic development in our country, the economic system of our country has undergone great changes. The demand for all kinds of land construction in the market economy system has increased. The rapid reduction of the cultivated land area has led to a gradual increase in the contradiction between supply and demand of land. At the same time, in urban and rural planning, due to unreasonable land planning, it affects the urban and rural development. The interaction between many commercial land and residential land leads to the destruction of the overall pattern of urban and rural development. Therefore, in order to achieve the smooth development of urban and rural construction, we should make the overall development of the law from the two aspects of urban and rural planning and land planning.
