为探讨油石比和空隙率对沥青混合料高温性能的影响,对AC-20改进型沥青混合料进行单轴静载蠕变试验研究。结果表明:流变时间Ft值与混合料高温稳定性有较好的相关性,Ft值越大,混合料的高温抗变形能力越好;柔量~时间半对数曲线直线部分的截距a值和斜率m值越大,混合料的高温性能越差,相关性相对较差;当空隙率大于4%时,空隙率越小,混合料高温性能越好;在最佳油石比下,混合料具有较好的高温性能。
In order to investigate the influence of the ratio of oil to stone and the porosity on the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture, the uniaxial static creep test of AC-20 modified asphalt mixture was carried out. The results show that: the rheological time Ft value has a good correlation with the high temperature stability of the mixture; the larger the Ft value, the better the high temperature deformation resistance of the mixture; the intercept of the linear part of the semi-logarithmic curve The higher the value and the slope m, the worse the high temperature performance of the mixture, the relatively poor correlation; when the porosity is greater than 4%, the smaller the porosity, the better the high temperature performance of the mixture; Material has good high temperature performance.
