以甲醛作交联剂,甘油为增塑剂,羧甲基纤维素、明胶和聚乙烯醇为原料,通过甲醛交联反应制备了一种新型羧甲基纤维素肥料包膜材料,考察了制备过程各种因素对膜性能的影响.采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜等表征了包膜的结构,同时测试了复合膜的抗张强度、断裂伸长率、耐水性和缓释性能.结果表明该条件下包膜中原料之间有良好的相容性,产生了较强的相互作用,形成了一个较稳定的复合体,膜材料的性能优于纯明胶膜和羧甲基纤维素膜,作为缓释肥料包膜有潜在利用价值.
A novel carboxymethylcellulose fertilizer coating material was prepared by formaldehyde cross-linking reaction using formaldehyde as crosslinking agent, glycerin as plasticizer, carboxymethylcellulose, gelatin and polyvinyl alcohol as raw materials. The effects of various factors on the properties of the films were investigated.The structures of the films were characterized by FT-IR, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The tensile strength, elongation at break, The results show that there is a good compatibility between the raw materials in the coating under this condition, resulting in strong interaction and forming a more stable composite, the performance of the membrane material is better than the pure gelatin film And carboxymethyl cellulose film, as slow-release fertilizer capsule has potential value.
