简述了线阵 CCD相机中 CCD成象单元的时序发生器的功能 :产生焦平面组件和视频处理器所需的各种脉冲序列 ,在 CCD成象单元工作中起着时间上同步协调的作用。讨论了 CCD时序发生器的组成原理及其工作过程。给出了它与 CCD控制器的接口关系 :由 CCD控制器给出的指令和数据予以控制。基于在系统可编程 ( ISP)技术 ,利用相应的软件 Expert System对时序发生器进行设计、编译 ,并且进行了功能仿真 ,最后采用 isp LSI器件实现了该方案。结果表明 :系统的集成度、抗干扰能力提高了 ,实现了CCD相机工作时的可靠性、稳定性 ,以及低功耗 ;同时也使设计与调试周期缩短至小时量级
The function of the timing generator of the CCD imaging unit in the linear CCD camera is briefly described. The various pulse sequences required to generate the focal plane assembly and the video processor play the role of time synchronization in the CCD imaging unit . The composition principle and working process of CCD timing generator are discussed. Given its interface with the CCD controller: instructions given by the CCD controller and data to be controlled. Based on the system programmable (ISP) technology, the corresponding software Expert System is used to design, compile, and simulate the timing generator, and finally the isp LSI device is used to implement the scheme. The results show that the system’s integration and anti-interference ability are improved, and the reliability, stability and low power consumption of the CCD camera are achieved. Meanwhile, the design and debugging cycle is shortened to the order of hours
