利用高效液相色谱法分析了长江口E5柱状沉积物中叶绿素a(chlorophyll a),岩藻黄素(fucoxanthin),叶黄素(lutein),玉米黄素(zeaxanthin)等13种色素的变化,大部分色素从表层到底层呈现减小的趋势,表层色素的含量分布为低于检测限~21nmol/g OC;结合有机碳、粒度等参数对E5的物源分析表明E5的有机质主要来源于现场生产的贡献。同时在短尺度上对岩藻黄素和叶绿素a的分析表明,叶绿素a对径流量有良好的记录,而岩藻黄素则可以反映上层水体硅藻的种群数量的变化。
The changes of 13 pigments including chlorophyll a, fucoxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin in column sediment of E5 in the Yangtze Estuary were analyzed by HPLC. Most of the pigments showed a decreasing trend from the surface to the bottom, and the content of surface pigments was below the detection limit of ~ 21 nmol / g OC. The analysis of provenance of E5 with organic carbon, particle size and other parameters showed that the organic matter of E5 mainly came from the site Contribution of production. At the same time, the analysis of fucoxanthin and chlorophyll a on a short scale showed that chlorophyll a had a good record of runoff and fucoxanthin could reflect the change of the population of diatoms in the upper water.
