目的探讨超声胎儿畸形筛查在产前诊断中的应用效果和价值。方法选择2015年8月—2016年8月于我院接受产前检查的200例高危产妇为研究对象,对其超声诊断资料进行回顾性分析。结果 200例高危产妇中畸形胎儿检出率为4.5%,其中中枢神经系统畸形4例,心脏畸形2例,消化系统畸形2例,四肢畸形1例。分娩或引产后,1例显示为假阳性,超声诊断结果与妊娠结局的诊断符合率为88.89%。结论超声胎儿畸形筛查能够区别胎儿的畸形情况,降低畸形胎儿的出生率,提高人口素质。
Objective To investigate the effect and value of ultrasound fetal malformation screening in prenatal diagnosis. Methods A total of 200 high-risk maternal women undergoing prenatal examinations in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the study subjects, and their diagnostic data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The detection rate of malformation fetus in 200 high-risk maternal women was 4.5%, including 4 cases of central nervous system deformity, 2 cases of cardiac malformation, 2 cases of digestive system malformation and 1 case of limb deformity. One case showed false positive after childbirth or induced abortion. The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis and pregnancy outcome was 88.89%. Conclusion Ultrasound fetal malformation screening can distinguish fetal deformity, reduce the birth rate of malformed fetus and improve the quality of population.
