开展精确的飞行载荷测量方法研究以及深入分析获得的结构受载规律,对于飞机强度试飞风险规避、提高试飞效率、支撑飞机结构设计及其优化等具有非常重要的意义。基于此,介绍了一种对称机动机翼飞行载荷数据处理方法。通过该方法可研究分析整个飞行包线内的结构载荷规律。以某型飞机作对称机动时机翼飞行载荷实测处理结果为例,对该方法进行了验证,对其应用结果进行了探讨。
Carrying out accurate flight load measurement method research and in-depth analysis of the load law of the structure obtained are of great significance for avoiding the risk of flight test flight, improving the flight test efficiency, supporting the aircraft structure design and optimization. Based on this, a symmetrical maneuvering wing flight load data processing method is introduced. Through this method, the law of structural load in the entire flight envelope can be studied and analyzed. Take a plane as a symmetrical maneuvering wing flight load measured results as an example, the method was validated, and its application results were discussed.
