3月24日,商务部服贸司负责人就2017年1~2月我国服务外包产业发展情况发表谈话。2017年1~2月,我国企业签订服务外包合同额1264.2亿元人民币(下同,折合183.9亿美元),执行额885.4亿元,分别增长14.1%和10.9%。其中离岸服务外包合同额846.1亿元,执行额546.9亿元,分别增长12%和3.7%。1~2月我国服务外包呈现以下特点:一是知识流程外包服务呈现较快增长,信息技术服务业在发包行业
On March 24, the head of the Trade and Services Department of the Ministry of Commerce made a statement on the development of China’s service outsourcing industry from January to February in 2017. From January to February 2017, China’s enterprises signed service outsourcing contracts of 126.42 billion yuan (the same below, equivalent to 18.39 billion U.S. dollars), with a total implementation volume of 88.54 billion yuan, up 14.1% and 10.9% respectively. Among them, the offshore outsourcing contract amounted to 84.61 billion yuan and the implementation value reached 54.69 billion yuan, up by 12% and 3.7% respectively.
