对36例不孕症夫妇采用上游法洗涤精液,超排卵治疗,行宫腔内人工授精(IUI),12例妊娠,成功率33.3％。提示上游法提取的高活动力精子有较强的受精能力,IUI可以提高不孕症的妊娠机率。
Thirty-six infertile couples were treated with the up-stream method of semen washing and superovulation, intrauterine insemination (IUI) and 12 pregnancies with a success rate of 33.3%. Prompted by the upstream method of extracting high activity of sperm have strong ability to fertilize, IUI can improve the chance of infertility pregnancy.
