在许多生产过程中,对高质量的、复合而成的产品进行生产,都需要对少量的原料与添加剂进行连续式的、重力检验式的定量。就此而言,明显低于1000g/h范围的固体材料定量是一项特别高要求的任务。如果根据生产过程的工作条件,定量必需在低压下进行,那么就得提高对适用的定量系统的要求。本文将介绍一种适用于几微巴系统压力下微量固体材料连续式、重力检验式定量的定量系统叙述定量系统使用中定量精度的试验测试以及初步体会。此外,对真空下工作的定量系统的特殊要求进行了考虑。
In many production processes, the production of high quality, compounded products requires a continuous, gravimetric, quantitation of the small quantities of raw materials and additives. In this regard, quantification of solid materials significantly below the 1000 g / h range is a particularly demanding task. If, depending on the working conditions of the production process, the quantification must be carried out at low pressure, then the requirements for the applicable quantitative system have to be increased. This article will introduce a quantitative system applicable to the quantitative analysis of quantitative continuous quantitative system of gravimetric solid materials under a few micro-bar system pressure, and the preliminary experience on the quantitative accuracy of quantitative system. In addition, special requirements for quantitative systems operating under vacuum were considered.
