目的:评价微课在大学生心肺复苏培训中的应用效果,探讨适合我国现状的公众心肺复苏培训模式。方法选取某高校108名大一新生随机分为A、B和C组,其中A组采用传统课堂授课模式、B组采用微课自学结合老师指导模式、C组采用基于微课的自学模式,对3组新生心肺复苏术的理论知识得分与技能操作结果进行比较。结果3组在培训前理论知识得分均值均低于5分,培训后得分均值均超过9分(总分为10分),前后差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论微课自学模式在提升大学生对心搏骤停的识别能力和胸外按压的实施质量上,可以达到与传统课堂授课方式同样的效果,更适合大学生的学习和培训。“,”Objectives To evaluate the effects of micro-course in the training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) among college students. Methods 108 university freshmen (students majored in science without medical professional knowledge) collected by convenience sampling were randomly divided into 3 groups:Group A trained on CPR following the traditional classroom teaching mode, Group B trained based on micro-course self-study and guidance mode with video as teaching material combined with face-to-face instruction on the skills by teachers, and Group C trained completely upon micro-course self-study pattern without guidance by teacher. The training of group A lasted for 3 hours (1hour of teaching and 2 hours of exercising ). The video time of micro-course was 11 minutes, And exercising time of group B and C were all less than 2 hours.Before and after the training questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the scores of theoretical knowledge, and after the second theoretical knowledge test Laerdael Anne first aid training mannikin was used to examine the CPR skills. Results The theory scores of the 3 groups were all<5 before the training, and were all significantly improved after the training (all P0.05). Conclusion Different modes of training all help improve the theoretical and skill scores in CPR. Micro-course self-study and guidance mode achieves the same effects as the traditional classroom teaching method, and is even more effective in some kinds of skills. It is more suitable for the college students in the CPR training.
