随着我国社会主义经济的全面发展,我国的油田企业也迈入新的黄金发展时期,其企业的安全生产问题也日渐成为人民群众和社会媒体的关注焦点。当前,油田企业的安全生产管理的落脚点和出发点主要集中在生产现场,其重点是作业的标准化和管理的标准化。这就要求油田企业要不断的改革和创新生产现场的规范管理体系和机制,强化重点项目的安全管理,逐步加强生产过程中对环境、人、机等的全方位的有效持续监控,以保证油田生产作业环境和机械设备的状态良好,实现事事标准明确、时时监控有效、处处管理规范、人人职责清晰的油田生产模式。
