焊接钢管用钢板超声波探伤是螺旋焊管生产中的重点工序 ,通过分析原板探装置在钢管母材分层探伤应用中存在的缺点和不足之处 ,提出了改进方案。探头横向移动采用液压缸驱动 ;探头垂直移动采用双油缸驱动 ;导向部件由偏心轴调整 ;整体立柱改为型钢焊接件。改进后的全液压驱动式板探装置结构简单、重量轻、探头调整灵活可靠、整体强度、刚度高 ,使用效果良好
The ultrasonic flaw detection of the steel plate for welded steel pipe is the key process in the production of spiral welded pipe. By analyzing the shortcomings and deficiencies of the original plate exploration device in the stratified flaw detection of the steel pipe base metal, an improved scheme is proposed. The horizontal displacement of the probe is driven by a hydraulic cylinder; the vertical displacement of the probe is driven by a double oil cylinder; the guide part is adjusted by an eccentric shaft; and the whole column is changed into a steel welded part. The improved all-hydraulic driven plate exploration device has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, flexible and reliable probe adjustment, high overall strength, high rigidity and good use effect
