考查了(FeNiCo)(SiB)系合金成份与磁性能关系。对(Fe_(0.047)Co_(0.053))_(75)si_(15)B_(10)和(Fe_(0.1)Ni_(0.35)Co_(0.55))_(78)Si_8B_(14)两种合金做了较仔细研究,测量了淬火态和磁退火后的静态和动态磁性。所获得的(Fe_(0.1)Ni_(0.35)Co_(0.55))_(78)Si_8B_(14)合金的磁退火后最佳静态磁性能为H_c=3.27毫奥,μ_m=1.162×10~6;100高斯和10千赫下的最低铁损为0。0055瓦/公斤。两种合金都显示出磁退火效应,在低温下(Fe_(0.047)Co_(0.953))_(75)Si_(15)B_(?)合金的磁退火效应与温度有较复杂关系。损耗特性与常用软磁材料的类似。
The relationship between (FeNiCo) (SiB) alloys and magnetic properties was investigated. The two alloys (Fe_ (0.047) Co_ (0.053)) _ (75) si_ (15) B_ (10) and (Fe_ (0.1) Ni_ (0.35) Co_ (0.55)) _ (78) Si_8B_ For a closer look, static and dynamic magnetic properties after quenched and magnetically annealed were measured.
