某型号高压开关产品铸焊结构母线用的铸件法兰,经与型材筒体焊接后,环焊缝经X射线探伤检查低于《承压设备无损检测》标准的要求,法兰面气孔缺陷严重,经过对缺陷进行分析并采取有效的工艺措施,完善铸件的生产工艺。改进后生产的铸件经焊接验证,完全符合X射线探伤及水气压检测的相关要求。
