Establish a standardized process for closed loop management of foreign instruments to reduce the risk of high risk such as nosocomial infection of foreign instruments. From February to April 2017, 300 surgical instruments and implants for spine surgery at the 309th Hospital of Chinese PLA were selected as the control group. From May to July 2017, 300 were selected as the observation group for convenience. The control group adopted the traditional management process, the observation group adopted the closed-loop management process, and visual inspection and ATP biofluorescence test were used to compare the cleaning quality pass rate and article loss rate and cleaning quality pass rate after using the two groups. The results showed that after the use of foreign instruments in the observation group, the passing rate of cleaning increased from 65.33% to 93.67%, the ATP biofluorescence method increased from 57.33% to 92.33%, the loss rate of articles decreased from 2.67% to 0.33%, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). The implementation of closed-loop management of foreign instruments can improve the management of foreign instruments and implants, enhance the safety of operations, reduce the medical risks and the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
