刚刚过去的8、9月份,让龙虾爱好者和经营者都觉得有点吃不消。每年的这两个月,都是江苏龙虾卖得火爆、吃得起劲的时节,但是今年的“龙虾门”事件,让无论是吃龙虾还是卖龙虾,都被泼了一盆冰水。目前还没有任何迹象表明,龙虾产业会何时复苏。原本会一直卖到冬季的龙虾,今年秋季刚到,这个产业即进入了“冬季”。频频发生的食品安全事件,让消费者脆弱的神经一再绷紧。吃不吃的选择,困扰着广大食客,但是“吃了可能得病,不吃肯定不会得病”的想法,让很多人因噎废食,就连小青虾、澳洲龙是也不敢吃了。从龙虾遭受的待遇,我们可以反思,问题究竟出在哪里?
