在2004年初,深圳市宝安职业技术学校开始探索工学交替情境下的职业教育人才培养模式,提出了塑造“身心特别健康、待人特别有礼、技能特别过硬”的高素质职业公民的人才培养目标。经过不断探索与实践,基本构建起了以校企合作为载体、以就业竞争力培养为目标、以“工学交替、六层推进、螺旋上升”为主要实现形式的人才培养模式。
At the beginning of 2004, Bao’an Vocational and Technical College in Shenzhen began to explore vocational education personnel training mode under the alternation of work-study environment and put forward the goal of talent training of high-quality professional citizens who shaped “special physical and mental health, especially courteous people and excellent skills” . After continuous exploration and practice, we have basically set up a model of personnel training that takes the cooperation between schools and enterprises as the carrier and the training of employment competitiveness as the goal, and takes the form of “alternation of work-study, promotion of six layers and spiraling of salesmanship”.
