The common disadvantage of these methods is that the analytical equipment is expensive, the analysis procedures are complicated and the sensitivity is low. The method we use is foam adsorption enrichment gold - extraction colorimetry. Foam adsorption of gold, thiourea resolved after the formation of a stable complex, dried with aqua regia to destroy the complex, and then extracted with organic reagent colorimetric determination.
