利用界面缩聚法制备聚酰胺复合纳滤膜 ,并系统地研究了单体浓度、单体种类、酸吸收剂浓度、乳化剂及基膜等因素对纳滤膜的结构与性能的影响。制得的复合纳滤膜在 0 .6MPa的操作压力下 ,对 1 g/L的 PEG60 0、Na2 SO4 溶液截留率分别达到 90 %和 95 % ,通量为 45 L /( m2 · h) ,同时结合接触角测定仪和原子力显微镜对纳滤膜表面的测定结果 ,讨论了纳滤膜的结构
Polyamide composite nanofiltration membrane was prepared by interfacial polycondensation method. The effects of monomer concentration, monomer type, acid absorbent concentration, emulsifier and basement membrane on the structure and properties of nanofiltration membrane were systematically studied.
