目的探讨三峡库区食管癌高死亡率区的土壤环境特征。方法对比食管癌高、低死亡率区土壤类型、利用方式及土壤一般特性 ,尤其是在微量元素含量上的差异。结果食管癌高死亡率区土壤主要分布石灰性紫色土 ,土壤偏碱性 ,含钙高 ,土壤肥力低 ;低死亡率区主要是水稻土 ,土壤偏酸性 ,含钙低 ,土壤肥力高。同时食管癌高死亡率区土壤中微量元素含量水平明显低于食管癌低死亡率区。结果食管癌的死亡率高低与土壤中一些微量元素的丰缺有相关性
Objective To investigate the characteristics of soil environment in the high mortality area of esophageal cancer in the Three Gorges reservoir area. Methods To compare the soil types, utilization patterns and general characteristics of soil in high and low mortality areas of esophageal cancer, especially the differences in trace element content. Results The high mortality area of esophageal cancer mainly distributed in calcareous purple soil. The soil was alkalescent with high calcium content and low soil fertility. The low mortality area was mainly paddy soil, the soil was acidic, the calcium content was low, and soil fertility was high. At the same time, the content of trace elements in the high mortality area of esophageal cancer was significantly lower than that in the low mortality area of esophageal cancer. Results The mortality of esophageal cancer was related to the abundance of some trace elements in soil.
