目的观察不同消毒方法对医院手术室计算机键盘及鼠标消毒前后的消毒效果。方法使用500 mg/L含氯消毒液和含双长链季铵盐清洁消毒湿巾对医院手术区域公共计算机键盘和鼠标进行物体表面清洁消毒,分别用传统细菌培养法和ATP荧光检测法对消毒前后的细菌数与相对发光单位值(RLU)进行测定。结果消毒前不同区域的键盘和鼠标细菌数为0~56 cfu/件,含氯消毒剂和双长链季铵盐清洁消毒湿巾清洁消毒后键盘和鼠标细菌数为0 cfu/件。消毒前不同区域的键盘和鼠标ATP荧光检测为6~354 RLU/件,含氯消毒剂清洁消毒30 min后ATP荧光检测为0~12RLU/件,双长链季铵盐清洁消毒湿巾清洁消毒后键盘和鼠标ATP荧光检测均为0RLU/件。两种清洁消毒方法检测计算机键盘和鼠标表面消毒前后菌数无统计学差异,但是消毒后30 min ATP值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论办公室内使用的电脑键盘、鼠标表面存在不同程度污染,采用双长链季铵盐清洁湿巾对电脑键盘和鼠标去污功效更明显。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of different disinfection methods on the operating room computer keyboard and mouse before and after disinfection. Methods 500 mg / L chlorine-containing disinfectant and double long-chain quaternary ammonium salt cleaning and disinfecting wet wipes were used to clean and disinfect the public computer keyboard and mouse in the surgical field of the hospital. There was no significant difference between the two methods of cleaning and disinfection on the surface of computer keyboard and mouse before and after disinfection, but the differences of ATP value 30 min after disinfection were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The computer keyboard and mouse used in the office have different levels of pollution on the surface. Using double long-chain quaternary ammonium salt to clean the wipes has a more obvious effect on the decontamination of computer keyboards and mice.
