提高一个钢种或合金的性能,不外是对它们的成分进行调整,对其熔炼及加工工艺过程加以改进,或热处理制度的合理制订和严格控制。从镍基高温合金的使用温度来看,目前已接近其最高水平了,因此回顾它的发展过程和强化原理是有意义的。本文首先是从金属学与金属物理的观点来看一下提高材料使用温度的途径,然后简略地介绍一下生产工艺的一些新成就,并着重指出生产工艺的严格控制是发展尖端材料最主要的环节。
Improve the performance of a steel or alloy, but its composition is to adjust their melting and processing technology to be improved, or heat treatment system for the rational formulation and strict control. This article begins with a look at ways to increase the service temperature of materials from a metallurgical and metal physics point of view and then briefly introduces some new achievements in manufacturing processes and highlights that strict control of manufacturing processes is the most important part of developing cutting-edge materials.
