药房是医院的重要职能部门,药房是医院为患者服务的窗口,服务质量的好坏直接影响到应用的声誉。目前,医疗市场的竞争也越来越大,优质服务已经受到医疗机构领导的重视,特别是服务窗口,更是体现医院形象的关键区域,因此,加强药房管理,促进管理规范化,是提升医院形象的重要措施。本文结合医院实际和有关文献报道,对完善管理制度,加大执行力度,提高药房服务水平、加强业务学习,提高药剂人员的综合素质、养成良好习惯做好药剂科的窗口服务进行阐述。
