以北方地区常见的10种落叶乔木的当年生休眠枝条为试材,采用人工低温诱导的方法,测定并分析了它们在不同处理温度和不同时间下的电解质外渗率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量及O~·_2产生速率;用电解质外渗率结合Logistic方程拟合推算出各树种的低温半致死温度,并应用隶属函数法进行抗寒力排序。结果表明:10个树种的抗寒性由强到弱依次为苦楝、白蜡、龙爪槐、二球悬铃木、银杏、五角枫、白杜、柿树、碧桃、紫叶李。研究结果可为高寒地区园林绿化乃至荒山治理树种的选择、引种及栽培管理工作提供理论参考。
Taking the annual dormancy shoots of 10 deciduous tree species in northern China as test materials, the effects of artificial low temperature induction on the electrolyte leakage rate, soluble sugar and soluble protein content at different treatment temperatures and time were measured and analyzed. The semi-lethal temperature at low temperature of each species was calculated by extrapolation of electrolyte and Logistic equation fitting, and the membership function method was used to sort out the cold resistance. The results showed that the cold resistance of the 10 species was from Melon to Melia, followed by Melia azedarach, Ash, Longhuhuai, Haliotis citrange, Ginkgo biloba, Pelargonium sibirica, Baidou, Persimmon, Bitter peach and Ziye plum. The results can provide theoretical reference for the selection, introduction and cultivation management of landscaping and barren hills in the alpine region.
