用相分析、透射电镜研究了38Cr、30CrMnSi、30CrMnSiNi_2、40CrNiMo等钢的氮化铝固溶析出及其对奥氏体本质晶粒度的影响。在此基础上研究了停锻温度、予备组织和最终热处理时的加热速度等因素对奥氏体晶粒度的影响。找到了氮化铝析出数量、尺寸、分布和奥氏体晶粒度粗化之间的关系。提出了控制改善奥氏体晶粒度的措施。建议废弃“奥氏体本质晶粒度”这一述语。
Phase analysis and transmission electron microscopy were used to study the solid solution precipitation of 38Cr, 30CrMnSi, 30CrMnSiNi_2, 40CrNiMo and their alloys and their effects on the grain size of austenite. On the basis of this, the influence of the factors such as the forging temperature, the prepared microstructure and the heating rate in the final heat treatment on the austenite grain size was studied. The relationship between the amount of precipitation of aluminum nitride, size, distribution and austenite grain size coarsening was found. The measures to control the grain size of austenite are proposed. Proposed abandoned “austenitic grain size ” this statement.
