城市发展中各类地下管线下穿既有铁路的情况越来越多。传统D型梁顶进工法对既有线路运营的干扰影响较大,而非开挖工艺的顶管施工技术具有施工快速、干扰少等优势。因此,研究顶管施工对既有铁路沉降变化规律及技术措施,对路基沉降的控制效果具有较大意义。以上海市宝城路雨水泵站顶管工程为背景,详细阐述了用半理论半经验法计算分析铁路沉降的界限范围,提出了针对铁路特点的沉降控制措施;通过现场检测结果进行类比分析;最后总结了铁路扣轨梁、优化参数后顶管施工的实施效果。
