共轭双烯烃聚合是高分子工业中重要的组成部分,是合成橡胶工业的基础。稀土金属催化体系是制备高顺式聚共轭双烯的主要体系之一,与锂系和钛系催化体系相比具有独特的优势。随着对稀土金属催化共轭双烯聚合的深入研究,人们的视野从以前的非均相催化体系,逐渐过渡到均相或准均相催化体系,并且可以实现对聚合物分子量和分子量分布的有效调控。本文基于最近十几年的研究工作,以催化剂结构为主线,从三个方面综述了稀土金属体系催化共轭双烯高顺式聚合的研究。
Conjugated diene polymerization is an important part of the polymer industry and is the foundation of the synthetic rubber industry. The rare earth metal catalyst system is one of the main systems for preparing high cis-polycondensation diene. Compared with the lithium-based and titanium-based catalytic systems, the rare earth metal catalyst system has unique advantages. With the further study on the polymerization of conjugated dienes catalyzed by rare earth metals, the field of view from the previous heterogeneous catalysis gradually transition to the homogeneous or quasi-homogeneous catalytic system, and can achieve the polymer molecular weight and molecular weight distribution Effective regulation. Based on the recent ten years’ research work and the catalyst structure as the main line, this paper reviews the research on the high-cis polymerization of conjugated dienes catalyzed by rare earth metals from three aspects.
